NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hello,

    We had our first order through and the vendor recieved his notification email to his paypal email. He has a different paypal email to his main email and wants his notifications to go to his main email. I have a different paypal and main email for him but all notifications seam to go to the paypal email.

    Hello,
    The WooCommerce notifications all go to the email used as the contact email under wp admin > users. There is also a customer email in users screen- so check that too if the vendor signed up as a customer also.
    Otherwise, paypal notifications will go to the paypal email.
