NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello,

    We just update to the newest version of woocommerce and wc vendor pro and now we have lost our pickup option, and we need it.

    I deactivate wc vendor pro which manage our delivery and then the pickup option from woocommerce come back. Can you help us ?

    And in the extenstion tab wc vendor pro keep asking to be upgrade even with the good version install :

    ps: the templates warning is not the issue I have a test website without the warning and same issue.

    I get the same problem. All shipping method have disapear (native woocommerce and a couple with other plugins)

    I am doing some testing currently to try and replicate some reported issues with the latest WooCommerce & WC Vendors Pro. The problem is, I have tried in numerous ways to replicate these issues on my development site, and have been unable to do so.
    Your issue is concerning the local pickup delivery built into WooCommerce, correct?
    Does this occur for all products? Simple and Variable?

    I am looking to the native WooCommerce shipping, yes. As for other plugins- that I cannot investigate so much, as I have no idea how these were written nor if they are compatible with WooCommerce 3.0+ (many many things changed in the latest WooCommerce update!).

    Hello, same problem for me. Shipping zones doesn’t appear in cart (just vendor shipping works correctly) since the update of wc 3.0.3 , wc vendors pro 1.4.1 and buddyboss marketplace (which is not the problem because I’ve tried when it was off). Thanks

    yes it happen for all our product and when we disable the wc vendor pro it works again and if I disable the function of using wc vendor pro in the shipping setup it don’t work I just have no shipping option and with the debug from woocommerce the shipping zone use is the correct one but the pickup option stay hidden.

    Hello,

    We are working on resolving shipping issues.
    We’ll have an update soon that should address many things. As for the local pick-up, I am not positive- though I believe one of our fixes addressed the WooCommerce Shipping issues, which should include Local pickup.
    For proper calculations we can only work with Vendor Shipping- but we do have one fix which addresses WooCommerce shipping issues.

    Hello,

    We have upgrade and the pickup shipping come back but a lot of bug from shipping arrive :

    We have in the vendor select that the national shipping is 8 and international 15 but when we add in our cart one product we have a 1 for the cost of the shipping.

    So we force the product at 8 (national) and 15 (international) but when we update our cart we had the international shipping cost or we must have de national cost.
