As vendors cannot deliver in every area. So can there be an restriction for these area in every product page settings. Where we can enter the pincodes where vendor can deliver products.

The only shipping option you have is by upgrading to WC Vendors Pro, as it includes a Vendor Shipping module that can support per country and per state shipping on a per-vendor and per-product basis.
