NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    I have fully translated WC Vendors Pro WC Bookings but the plugin front-end isn’t translating at all… That is minus the Calendar system, the tabs on the Add Product form and the area administrating resources. It’s because of this I know that I’m not doing anything wrong on my end with the translations and how they’re installed. There must be a problem with the pot file or how the plugin is dealing with the po/mo files. Please help me fix this problem. I would include the po/mo files of my translation (es_CL) but your form doesn’t allow my to upload this type of files nor zip files.

    Hello,
    Thank you- I will open ans issue to have the translations checked for the templates/front end forms.
    Could you specify, though- is it in the dashboard or the vendor’s add product form (or both?) that the translation is not working properly? I was just a little confused by the wording in your post, and when I open the issue I’d like to be specific.

    The vendor’s add product form and Bookings tab aren’t being translated. As far as the dashboard goes, this plugin just adds a link in Options- “WC Vendors WooCommerce Bookings License Manager”. This is not translated either. I’ll send the translations.

    I’m still waiting for a solution… Surprised that I have to wait this long to receive any type of solution.

    I’ve opened an issue concerning the translation and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. We’ll need to look into why some of the front-end strings are not properly translating, and add more to the language files if needed.

    Hello,

    Please send your translations to translate at wcvendors.com and I’ll look into this. Apologies for the delay there has been some interesting bugs in our main product that has taken a considerable amount of time to fix.

    Another three weeks have passed. Luckily this isn’t a huge priority for my client right now, or I would be livid. What is going on with the translation problem? Will it ever be fixed?

    Honestly support for your product leaves a lot to be desired.

    And where do I download that? It’s not in my downloads and the plugin isn’t updating in WordPress. It’s still at 1.0.0 there.
