NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    hello

    a few questions about wc vendors pro plugin before purchase:

    1) does it have catalog mode option?

    2) does it have mail inquiry option?

    3) if 2 is yes – does it send email directly to brand/vendor upon inquiry received?

    4) does it have inquiry cart (inquiring multiple products at the same time – even if not from same brand)?

    5) does it have front end dashboard for vendors?

    Hello,
    1. We do not have a catalog mode specifically built-in to WC Vendors, no.
    2 & 3. Not built-in- however we do have built-in integration with this specific WooCommerce Product Enquiry form plugin by WooCommerce : https://woocommerce.com/products/product-enquiry-form/ and if you install that, a tab will show on the vendor’s product page with a contact bx. The email message will be sent to the vendor’s email.
    Also if you use or want to use buddypress on your site https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress/ , we have some code in our knowledgebase that will help put a contact button on the vendor’s store page which will send a private message to their buddypress message box.

    4. I am not sure what you mean by “inquiry cart”… but a customer can purchase products & add products to their cart from more than one vendor and checkout in one transaction/cart.

    5. WC Vendors Pro has a front-end dashboard for vendors, yes.

    thanks for your reply.

    1) ok.
    2&3) with woos email inquiry OR budypress – any report of inquries submittes? (same as sales report but only for inquiries)
    4) since im not into actual sales (thats why i asked about catalog mode) my meaning was that a user can add products from different vendors and send 1 inquiry instead of writing forms to each product by itself..
    5) ok.
