    Hi there,

I love what the vendor pro plugin offers but I’m off to rocky start admittedly due to some remnants of the previous vendor plugins used. I did try the permalink solution suggested on your knowledgebase but that did not help.

For example, clicking the “sold by” on the product page leads to the old link structure of /vendors which has become a strange mixture of yith multi vendor and WC vendors pro, instead of your permalink which is the vendor_store structure. Perhaps this is related to the regular free version of WC vendors which is set as linking to /vendors?

I would like for the old structures and its pages to be gone, I’m unsure why it still remains after deleting the yith multi vendor plugin, and of course I’d like the links to point to your pages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Ben,

Yeah that missing store has happened before, fixed that an did the save permalinks thing just in case. Unfortunately that didn’t solve the issue either 🙁

I just noticed this error message which I see in the woocommerce settings section:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class ‘WC_List_Grid’ does not have a method ‘save_admin_settings’ in /home/thesabra/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 503

Looking forward to more ideas on how to solve this.

I tried to debug this, and was unable to. @digitalchild will be logging in later tonight (next 10-14 hours or so) to check it out.

Hi, apologies for bumping this thread while we’re already corresponding via email, but since the problem isn’t fixed I thought I’d try the following as another client seems to have managed to fixed his issue. A simple deletion of the plugin and reinstallation.

Is this recommended or likely to work?

It’s our opinion that you’ve got some weird database issues going on, most likely caused by the previous multi vendor plugins you installed first that were garbage. 🙁 We’d have to dig real deep to fix this for you, at your financial expense. You’d most likely be better off simply restarting WordPress with a fresh install.
