    Hi

Im using wc vendors pro v 1.3.9. The problem is the my woo commerce is version 2.6.14 and im waiting for a theme update. But i have a error on the website.

When I set a trusted vendor, the vendor can’t edit any products and gets a error massage with no permission. Is this fixet in the later version of wc vendor pro? because i could see it on the lis of changes.

Will the new version of vendors pro work when my woo commerce is a “older” version.

    Thanks 🙂

I have just updated the plugin and woo so everything is up to date.

The trusted vendors can still not edit produkts… :/

The shipping potions for the vendors are not displaying in the settings screen. I have checked the shipping option in the woo shipping section..

    Thanks

After I have updated I have the problems above PLUS now I also get a “Internal server error” on the checkout page no matter what payment gateway I use or test. I have tried the debug thing in the config file and i get the massage “SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”

I have deactivated all plugins plus tried a different theme. the problem is still there.

Could you please share your WooCommerce System Status?
Shipping options.. are you referring to the Pro Dashboard > settings > shipping that the vendors see in their dashboard? Can you show me a screenshot of what they are seeing on that page?

On your wc vendors demo site you get the same error.

Im getting the error when I use the Stripe connect gateway and the wc venders test gateway 🙂

I used the fixe you gave on another answer and the error massage is gone.

I also contacted buddy boss and the problem with the missing shipping is due to the theme 🙂

But how to I fix the ability to only give trusted vendors the option to edit products? And not all like the case is now?

I’ll check on the trusted vendor editing permissions today.
I’m glad the other two issues are sorted (in progress w BuddyBoss). Hopefully when they update the store-settings.php template your vendors will be able to use the shipping fields.

    @ariktwena
Currently we do have an issue open for an added enhancement for Trusted Vendors to have the ability to edit and delete products.
This will hopefully be able to be added to a future release.
