    Hello,

I’ve never had any problems with any other plugins, but the pagination on my home page stops working if I activate your theme. I’m working with Red Codn’s Tempest theme and my site is http://www.ghost-magazine.com. I’ve tried deactivating all the others and just running yours and woocommerce but the problem remains. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Charlotte

My guess is you have a bad Permalink setup.

    Hey,
They weren’t on default anyway, but I changed regardless and still the same issue.
(Thanks for the ridiculously fast response)

Please post up a screenshot of the Permalinks settings, and the URL to a few of the “broken” pages with an exact location described of where the problem is. I’ll have a look!

    Hey Ben,

Here’s the screenshot of the permalinks

The page is the homepage: http://www.ghosttt.com but the link to another page at the bottom doesn’t work eg. http://www.ghosttt.com/page/2/- it just refreshes the homepage. I’ve turned the plugin back on so you can see what I mean.

    Thanks,
    Charlotte

I think your Permalink settings are going to still be the root culprint.

On the top, where you just call things by their post name, is pretty dangerous. It has the opportunity to conflict with things. It needs a base. Perhaps /posts/%postname%/ or /blog/%postname%/ or whatever you think would be a better option.

The WooCommerce Permalinks are not set correctly. You’re telling all products to be on one page, so the Permalinks will be confused. Click the second link down, titled “Product” and that will achieve what you’re trying to do in the custom field.

Let me know if that fixes!

    Hey Ben,
I changed the ‘common settings’ to a custom structure, but whenever I select anything other than ‘custom base’ from the product permalink base, it automatically defaults back to ‘custom’ and just removes the end forward slash. I selected ‘shop base’ and now ‘custom’ is selected and showing ‘/shop_posts’ with no end slash…?
I just deactivated the plugin and it still won’t save the woo commerce permalink correctly.
I’m quite happy to pay for support if this can be fixed along with possibly explaining (or pointing me in the right direction for an additional plugin) how postage would work if split between different vendors eg. if a customer buys 2 products from vendor A and two products from vendor B, it should be charged for both vendors, but only slightly more for the second product from vendor A (if I’ve explained that simply enough). At the moment the postage assumes the vendors are in the same place and I can’t seem to find anything that allows me to have woo commerce work how I want ie. like eBay or etsy!
    Thanks,
    Charlotte
