Ben,
I am using Buddy Press private message and it seems it doesn’t work with WC Vendors very well. I noticed there is a “buddypress” integration article in the knowledge base, but I believe that one is about adding a “view store” on BP member page.
What I am thinking is if beside any product and in vendor’s storefront, there could be a “PM” button so the buyer and the seller can communicate back and forth (Just like eBay).
If there is something right on the top of your head, please give me a brief direction about what the plugin can do it. Found one on codecanyon but it is not available any more:
