The dashboard does not show up, though all of the other pages in the dashboard do. the only issue seems to be the main dashboard. Its a necessary feature and it does not seem to be working. please advise. i attached a screen shot to show you what its doing

If you switch to the Storefront theme, does it format properly?

The next step then would be to deactivate all plugins except WC Vendors, WC Vendors Pro and WooCommerce so we can rule out a plugin conflict, please.Every Plugin except for woocommerce, wc vendors and wc vendors pro are deactivated and it still doesnt show up.

hmm.. ok. Please check that you have created a separate page on your website for the pro dashboard. Ensure that this page has the [wcv_pro_dashboard] shortcode on it- and nothing else. Also, not within a page builder either, like Visual Composer.
I am perplexed as to why this page is not formatting properly on your site, especially following the troubleshooting steps; without a login, though, I can only keep working with you to try various fixes.
There are also two areas you can bring up to your host; there are showing in your WooCommerce System Status:❌ 5.0.95 – We recommend a minimum MySQL version of 5.6. See: WordPress Requirements

These are both nearly obsolete.. please discuss this with them and encourage them to move you to an updated PHP and MySQL format. These truly are very old.
I have created the page. it seems like something is preventing the dashboard.php template to load. which in turn is not loading the footer. im trying to find where in the code the dashboard.php is called and cant seem to find it. i even tried just putting code on that page and it does not load even after i moved the file to my own theme folder.
i turned on wp_debug and got this nice little error message on the dashboard

MySQL 5.0.95 is from five years ago; PHP 5.3.3 is from 2010.. seven years ago. It is QUITE possible that these are so old, our plugin and many others will have functions that will not work properly with these obsolete versions.
That line in the reports deals with the date selector for your dashboard.
