It appears that despite what is set under the “WooCommerce -> WC Vendors -> Product Form -> Show/Hide” options page, the resulting data found under “Pro Dashboard -> Products” contains some data that should be hidden, and doesn’t contain other data that should not be hidden. However, after simply refreshing the backend settings page and clicking “Save Product Form changes” the correct data will be hidden/displayed. Note that I do not change any settings, simply save them again to what they were already set as previously. It then reverts back to displaying incorrect data fields after logging out and logging in a few times. Attached are the correct and incorrect pages with the data being displayed, as well as the options set under the admin menu.

We do NOT have cache plugin installed.

    This is a critical issue!!

    Hello,
I have tested this with the exact settings as you show in your screenshot– the same options disabled for the product form.
I have logged in and out as admin and vendor multiple times.
I have added a few new products, and edited old products.
The form settings are staying correct.

Could you please try testing with only WooCommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro active (all other plugins deactivated) and switch to the Storefront theme, and see if this issue persists?
As of yet, I have not been able to replicate this issue.

We did exactly as you said:
Disabled ALL plugins EXCEPT WooCommerce, WC Vendors, and WC Vendors Pro
    Changed theme to Storefront

Again, the same issue appears, and the forum on the Pro Dashboard Add Product page is still incorrectly displaying/hiding some items despite what is set in the Product Form settings page. I have tried on multiple browsers (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox) as well as flush local cache and the issue still persists.

Also, we are getting the following error message on the frontend Add Product page when WordPress Debug Mode is enabled:

Notice: Undefined index: _sale_price in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/pdg/public/client/lfp3/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/public/class-wcvendors-pro-product-controller.php on line 926

    Hello,
Could you please tell me which specific fields are showing that should be hidden?
And which should be hidden, but are showing?
I am trying to debug this; however, since I cannot replicate the issue it is difficult.

It is pretty much any field.

Can I privately send you login credentials so you can see our site? It is not a production site so you can make changes as you wish.

    Hi

What is the status on this? Have you had a chance to look at our site?

    Two potentially important clues.

    1. Installed UpdraftPlus plugin. Backup failed with an odd error message which dumped a bunch of woocommerce text on the screen.
    2. Tried to update Contact Form 7. Update failed with a similar odd error message. See https://www.dropbox.com/s/bkt74zs9wnteld9/wordpress-error.jpg?dl=0

    Hi plymplan,
were you able to resolve this issue?
I’m experiencing the same behavior on my site.

We never resolved the issue on our initial install, but instead moved the site to a new location. At this new location, we installed WP from scratch, freshly downloaded and installed all the plugins, moved the database over and things now seem to be working ok with one caveat – we still get an error message “WC Vendors Pro has detected you are running on your http://www.wcvendors.com. The license activation system has been disabled.” although the site is NOT running on http://www.wcvendors.com and never has.

Regarding locations – we initially had the site installed in a subfolder several levels down from root which is atypical. It is unlikely this would be an issue but I decided to move the site to a subdomain.

    I hope this is helpful.

    Hello,

we still get an error message “WC Vendors Pro has detected you are running on your http://www.wcvendors.com. The license activation system has been disabled.” although the site is NOT running on http://www.wcvendors.com and never has.

This will stop happening after our next update.
