NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi. I’m using a TemplateMela WooCommerce compatible theme (Lookz) and WC Vendors PRO. I’m able to setup some fields in the PRO Dashboard, but other are not working. It seems as some javascript is not working.

    This links are not working:
    Settings > Branding Tab:
    – Add store banner
    – Add store icon
    – Add rate (shipping methods)
    Settings > Shipping Tab:
    – Add rate
    Orders Tab:
    – Order note
    – Tracking number
    – Mark as shipped
    Add Product Tab:
    – Add images to product gallery
    – Set featured image

    Do you have any idea why is this don’t working? Maybe have you seen a similar case?

    Does it work with the WooThemes Storefront theme? (Or any other theme?) If the answer is yes, then your theme sucks and the theme author will have to fix it. 🙂

    Thank you, it was the WP Minify Fix plugin. Now it’s working.

    Minify plugins are good when they work. Problem is, they don’t work for a lot of sites a lot of the time. They are very finnicky. I’ve never had much luck using minify on most sites I’ve had to work on. Probably a 20% success rate.
