NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello,

    I have purchased the Pro version of this plugin. I previously had a flat rate shipping of $8 for each item. After the pro update, I added a global shipping of $7.

    Now I tried to disable the woocommerce flat rate shipping so that the WC Vendor shipping would be the only one enabled. Then when I try to order a product, it says no shipping option available. I re-enabled the standard woocommerce flat rate shipping AND WC Vendors, but it appears to only be picking up the woocommerce shipping.

    Any guidance you can offer to have ONLY the WC Vendor shipping?

    Hi George,

    Make sure you are allowing shipping to the countries you want to ship to. Vendor Shipping has settings for this, as does WooCommerce, too. You can also set the global default shippings within the woocommerce > settings > shipping > vendor shipping page for your global and within-your-country rates.

    I have tried your recommendations without success. I also tried enabling shipping to all countries as well as limited to the US, neither worked. I also tried enabling all countries for both woocommerce and the the vendor shipping tab without success.

    Additionally, Io tried to disable the flat rate shipping module in woocommerce, however that makes it so no product can be purchased as there is no shipping option available.

    I am kinda at a loss here, I think something may be overriding the global vendor shipping, but I dont have any per product shipping activated either.

    Any other suggestions to get the vendor shipping module working?

    Oh yeah, I tried disabling all plugins and used 2016 theme as a test, didnt work either. Just to make sure 🙂

    Ok, I thought it may be more helpful to let you see every setting I have checked and what they are. Since pictures are worth a 1,000 words, I hope this helps you understand my settings and can point me in the right direction.

    Why thank you, and A++ and 5 stars for your super fast responses and support.

    I have disabled the flat rate shipping as suggested. Changed the flat rate priority to “2”, even though it is disabled. Only the US is listed under the countries I sell to.

    After that, tried to check out and received the following: “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” screen shot attached.

    Is there another setting somewhere else I am overlooking?

    By the way, I re-enabled flat rate “just in case a live customer comes through” 🙂
