Hey Team,
I’ve a website that use WordPress, WooCommerce and Stripe for payment’s method.
And, I installed your plugins :
– WC vendors Free
– Stripe Commissions & GatewayBut I’ve some mistakes with the commission’s calculation…
THE CONTEXTE :
A user A buy a product, which cost 49,00€ incl. taxes.I take 20% of commission on the price excl. taxes and the remaining go to the vendor A. Also, I want to reverse the fee’s stripe and shipping to the vendor A.
THIS IS MY QUESTION :
On my WooCommerce’s dashboard, the vendor’s commission is to 39,96€.
On my Stripe’s dashboard, the vendor’s commission is to 39,02€.
– Why there is a difference of 0,94€ (39,96 – 39,02) ?
– Why the vendor commission is not 40,83€, as expected ?
– Why there is a difference of 0,84€ (40,83 – 39,96) ?And, how can I set our plugin to reverse fee’s stripe + shipping to the vendor ?

Commission = ( Product actual sale price * Commission % ) + Taxes (if given to vendor) + Shipping (if given to vendor).
If you want to customize how calculations are made, you would have to modify the Stripe Gateways commission calculations or use the filter found in our KnowledgeBase under the title customizing commissions or something along those lines….
