NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi Ben

    Thanks for constant updates – fantastic job!

    I am trying to add a product as a vendor and the categories available for selection are not the same as those listed in the backend.

    For example, Christmas is missing, hamper is missing etc.

    I have looked at the categories via admin to see if the ones missing have any distinguishing features but I can’t see why this is happening.

    Any obvious solution?

    Not really sure, havent had this come up yet. Got some screenshots of the back end and then what you’re seeing on the front end?

    Screenshot 1 shows back end entry of categories
    Screen shot 2 shows choices available to vendors when listing product via frontend

    This lists do not match and some categories are unavailable for selection by vendor.

    Hi @bpa.narola

    There is an open bug that I am working on that will fix the ordering in the drop down however from what I can see all the categories are in the drop down, just in the added order not the sorted order.

    Thanks for quick response.
    I’m sorry but i think you don’t saw it properly because categories like Cars etc are not showing.
    I’m waiting for next updated version with fixed bug.

    Hi Jamie,

    I actually prefer the ordering of categories in vendor screens to the way my categories are displayed in wp-admin.

    Is there a way for me to adjust my category order?

    You can edit the source code for the categories to do it any way you like. We’ll be likely changing it to your wp-admin show order as the default.
