NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hallo,
    When I enter the new update, the vendors can no longer set products in their dashboard. The boxes for product name, product description, short description, as well as link for Cros and additional products are grayed out and can not be edited. What should I do? I have reset the database now. Without Update everything works fine. I made than the update again and see there – the same error. Pleaseeee help

    I’ve had the same issues last night when I tested my site for the other shipping/coupon issues I have, but I thought having most of the plugins deactivated might be the reason…Seeing Kristina’s post makes me a bit worried. In any case, I will reactivate everything, test the site again and let you know.

    Hallo Stefan,
    I have not test shipping and coupons. Thanks for writing this here. Maybe some other people have the same problem. I have not find anything about it. And so I thought, maybe it is only my problem. It is not:).

    If you are using Social Marketplace from BuddyBoss, please contact them. Anna advised me earlier to contact them as there is a bug in their theme. I just send them a message.

    I run the update from BuddyBoss, but there seem to be everything ok. Only if I run the update from WC Vendors it is a problem there. But I am not a specialist in this things. Unfortunally I have got the my site done by someone who does not care how does it work. So I need to learn everything by myself.

    Hello Kristina,
    There seems to be a conflict in the latest update of the select2 that we made for WC Vendors Pro v1.4.4 and the OneSocial/Social Marketplace by BuddyBoss.
    Please contact them as they have helped a few other users add some code to resolve this until they update the theme.

    the problem is stil there. I contacted the support of BuddyBoss and they gave me same updates. But there is stil one issue. Do you maybe know this problem? I send you in attachment 2 pictures, so it seems to be a problem on the side from WC Vendors. Those boxes were descripted bevor. Now you can see, there is some trouble. The guys from BuddyBoss support tried it out with “Storefront” and the problem is stil there.
    So, this is the only bug that cannot be supported by BuddyBoss. Do You maybe know, that is to do?

    I see the screenshots– what is or is not happening when you try to use those fields? Please describe.. I cannot see an issue from the screenshots.. is it the upsells fields? What is occurring?

    Hello,

    there were 3 different boxes before. They were described like “Grouped products”, “Linked products”, “External product”. I am now not sure, that are the right names of the boxes. Now there is no discriptions, the first box looks pretty brocken. There are only 2 boxes.

    thank you for reporting this– I have confirmed this with my testing.
    I have reported this issue so that our lead developer can take a look, and hopefully be able to fix this for our next update.
