NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi! my front end sellers are unable to add or edit any products. I have researched the issue but have not found anything quite like that. So the problem is that product title, descriptions and short description form is not functioning as if it’s not even a form when I click on the title field, it does not do any thing, I can not type anything in these fields, other than that every thing is working good. what do you think the issue might be.


    This issue was reported by several users who were also using the OneSocial theme and the BuddyBoss Marketplace plugin.
    Please contact BuddyBoss for a solution to this issue, as they had to assist some other users with this as well.

    Having the same issue in the pro dashboard the add products and coupons button are not visible. vendors can not add products and coupons nor edit them from the front end. we need quick help please.


    What theme are you using?
    If you are using the One Social/Social Marketplace by BuddyBoss, please notify them of this issue, as it has been happening with that theme.

    If you are not using that theme.. please open a support ticket and share your WooCommerce system status and we’ll look into this further.
