NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,
    Product’s shipping fee doesn’t work on checkout.

    For ex. “Store A” has $10 shipping fee in general, but “Store A’s” “product2” has free shipping for nation wide. Checkout page shows that “product2” has $10 shipping fee.

    Could you check that?

    So default store shipping is $10 for national rate (flat rate Vendor Shipping)
    Product override for product2 using the checkbox “free national shipping”.
    The product override is not applying.
    Is this correct?

    In my testing using the scenario above, the Free Shipping did not show up in the product page under the shipping info tab.. (it still showed the default national rate) however, it did show up as free in the cart and at checkout.

    Let me know if you see the same thing.. then I can know whether to test further or submit an issue as is.

    Your testing was also correct (which is another issue I guess) but also when a vendor set’s “free national shipping” for product2 override is also not applying on checkout either, it still shows shipping fee.
