NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I am PRO account holder. I raised this issue earlier but for some reasons I could no longer find my post . I disabled the “product type” in PRO but I still see this field in the dashboard with this text “General”. How can i hide this field and the text below it.

    Are you trying to disable all product management? If yes, there’s an option in the Pro tab to disable product management entirely.
