NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Somewhere I have screwed up the shipping.

    I want vendors to default to free national shipping unless the vendor themselves override. But now I have a radio button that allows the customer to choose free shipping or to pay the rate the vendor requested for shipping. Of course anyone would choose free. Can you help me understand what I have done wrong. I also see that some vendors have the option and some done.

    It looks like you have chosen to use the WooCommerce free shipping?
    If you do not want that to show up, then remove the WooCommerce free shipping option in wp admin > woocommerce > settings > shipping

    If i remove this i then get there are no shipping methods available
