I try to start live transaction. And there is an error ” Error: No such customer: @#$#$%$$%$; a similar object exists in live mode, but a test mode key was used to make this request.. ”
I have made the account live and activate the account. Also, I have input the live secret and publishable key to my website<www.beameallionaire.com>. This error kept happen. Then, I try to roll the new key in stripe account and choose to block the old key immediately. In fact, I found that there are records in my stripe account about the live transaction. SO, I am confused with this result. Grateful if you could give me some advice? Many thanks!Hello,
Please disconnect the VENDOR from Stripe. This vendor was connected to Stripe when you were in test mode.
Now reconnect the vendor now that you are in live mode.
