NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello! I got all excited to buy the Stripe plugin…. and went to checkout, and got this error (see picture)!

    Any idea what it means?

    Ahhhhhhhh – I tried it a 2nd time after getting the error. I guess the payments (both) processed. 🙁

    Could I please have a refund for one of the purchases? I only intended to buy the plugin once. Receipt #’s are 1494-9772 and 1494-0940.

    This happened to me as well and I cannot get in touch with anyone to issue my refund – Please issue, it’s been over two weeks!
