NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hey Guys,

    I bought the plugin when it first launched, but shelved that demo project, now I need to restart that project but I can’t redownload the plugin (or can’t find where?)

    I know the support license is expired, but why would that affect me being able to manually download the newest version of the plugin?

    Hello Rob,
    It looks like your license expired in October.
    Your license provides you with 1 year of support and updates for WC Vendors Pro.
    If you;d like to renew your license and be able to download the latest version of Pro, it will require you to purchase your Pro license again. There have been many updates since your license expired.
