    I have to create manually some orders that don’t go through the website. When I set the quantity on 5 for a specific product, the commission is given only 1 time per item instead of 5 times.

    Am I doing something wrong ?

    So the commission is only being given for one product even though a quantity of five were added to the cart and purchased?
    Is this happening with just one particular product, or with many products?
    Can you tell me some about the product or products that this is happening with (is it a variable product, from one vendor or is this happening with multiple / different vendors, what’s the manage stock options set to..)?

    Hi Anna,

    yes that’s it. It’s happening with different products, different vendors. All products I did the test with were variable products. Manage stock options is disabled.

    The quantity is showing up in the Dashboard but the commission is not multiplied by this quantity.

    I will do some testing with the variable products- I will reply with my results.

    Hello,
    1. Your shop base for WooCommerce and the url (permalink) for your vendor stores are set as the same thing— you need to change one of those. Currently both are set to /shop
    2. Feedback form page: ✕ Vendor ratings will not work without this page set. Click here to set the page. You’ll want to fix this if you are going to use vendor feedback/ratings on your site

    3. In my testing, I have not been able to replicate this at all. So, could you please do some standard debugging steps? First, deactivate all plugins except woocommerce, wc vendors and wc vendors pro- then test.
