Hey everyone, I have just a few quick questions I was hoping to run by you guys. I’ll try to be brief:

-First I couldn’t completely understand the commission system; if I set the commission rate for a vendor to be 80%, does that mean if they were to sell something on my site, they would get 80% of the sale money, and I would receive 20%?

-I made a dummy account to practice being a vendor and make sure everything works, the only issue is when my account that is set to be a Vendor goes to the Vendor Dashboard then sees the various buttons to press, “Edit Products, Add Product etc.,” and clicks any of them, it takes me to the shop page instead of opening the correct corresponding page.

-Lastly, I was wondering how to increase my upload size past 64 megabytes? Do I have to buy Pro in order to upload/download larger than that?

I hope I provided enough information, and appreciate anyone that is able to offer assistance. I can gladly offer more information if needed. I also have tried looking at the “Before you post” message at the bottom, but the problem in the second point still persists. I have also checked my status page and everything is green, except for the Geolocate option, and my Security certificate option, which I am sorting out with the hosting company.

    Hello,

Yes- that’s correct. wp admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors > General: set the commission field to 80 — then vendors will receive 80% of the sale; admin will receive 20%.

Vendor Dashboard then sees the various buttons to press, “Edit Products, Add Product etc.,” and clicks any of them, it takes me to the shop page instead of opening the correct corresponding page.

Hmmm.. these should be leading to the wp backend for adding products.
If you want to send me an admin login & password in a private reply, I can look and see if your pages & permalinks are set properly.

-Lastly, I was wondering how to increase my upload size past 64 megabytes? Do I have to buy Pro in order to upload/download larger than that?

This actually does not have anything to do with us; this is set by wordpress.
You can contact your host for assistance with this (just ask them to help you increase the maximum upload size) , or you can read through this article which explains ways you can increase that limit for uploads: https://www.bitcatcha.com/blog/2016/increase-maximum-upload-file-size-in-wordpress/
