Hi there.
The value for the shipping is not appearing in the dashboard under recent orders?Is this value only for the built in shipping function in WC Vendor?
I have rates based on weight using the Woocommerce table rate shipping plugin.Have attached a screenshot where you can see the shipping values are 0
have also disabled Woocommerce > shipping > vendor shipping@jry19
Hello Jerry,
That is correct- the only type of shipping that will show in the recent orders and elsewhere for the vendor will be the built-in Vendor Shipping.
If other shipping methods are used, the shipping will be allocated to the admin at checkout,, and although admin can keep track of this and submit the shipping funds to the vendor(s), it will not be recorded with the commission to totals since it is not being calculated for the vendor.
WooCommerce (and therefore any shipping method built for WooCommerce) considers the cart order and ORDER. It does not separate the vendor’s products as separate/individual orders. SO the shipping is calculated based on the entire cart order and submitted to the admin account, whereas commission in WC Vendors and Vendor Shipping is calculated per product.Hi Anna

so what you’re saying is that, the way I have it setup at the moment is admin is the one paying for the shipping costs? as vendors are unable to view the shipping costs?
