    Hello,

On my vendor dashboard [wcv_pro_dashboard] page, when a “subscriber” user try to register as vendor, nothing happens, no error message. What can I do ?

    My vendor dashboard page :
    http://ialoo.ch/dev/mon-espace-createur/

By the way, how can I translate the “I have read and accepted the terms and conditions” label ?

Thank you in advance for your help

That is a BuddyPress registration page or something- that is not the application to become a vendor.
Please direct them to the /my-account/ page to register. That page you showed me would only collect info that would be in their personal profile- but there is no option to apply to become a vendor on that page.

I think there is also an option in the OneSocial/BuddyBoss theme settings to add the “Apply to become a Vendor” to that registration page… but I do not know if it works reliably or not. We hook into the /my-account/ page, and if a non-vendor visits the Pro dashboard, they would normally (without the buddyboss theme) see the /my-account/ page with the “apply to become a vendor” check box.

You might also check to see if you have these two settings enabled:
wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > general Registration: Allow users or guests to apply to become a vendor
wp admin > woocommerce > accounts Enable Registration : Enable registration on the “My Account” page

    .

    Hello,

Thank you very much for your help. But I can not make the following setting :

wp admin > woocommerce > accounts Enable Registration : Enable registration on the “My Account” page

Because I don’t find it in my menu

Furthermore, I found in “wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > General options > Pro Dashboard Page” this :

Page requires the [wcv_pro_dashboard] shortcode. DO NOT USE THE WC VENDORS FREE DASHBOARD PAGE HERE – and do NOT delete the Free Dashboard pages either, you will break your site if you do.

My Free Dashboard page was deleted. I tried to create a new page with [wcv_vendor_dashboard], but it doesn’t work. Is it a problem ?

    Hello,
    1. Click on settings under WooCommerce. Then accounts tab.

    2. Yes, that’s a problem. You need both the WC vendors free dashboard and the WC vendors pro dashboard active on your site.

    1. “Enable registration on the “My Account” page” is checked
    2. How can I recreate this page ?

    Hello,
Create a page (wp admin >pages) and add the shortcode for the dashboard.
