NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi Ben,

    We have the Stripe integrated into the site now perfectly but we have an issue with the form (see attached) it takes the user to to fill in their details. The issue is that the people filling in their details are not going to be businesses, instead they are consumers. Is there a way to disable fields within this form or not make them mandatory?

    Hi Andy,

    Individual / Sole Trader is the Stripe term for “personal account”. aka individual person, not a company.

    The form you are referencing is on Stripe.com, it’s not something that our gateway can control, customize, or tweak in any fashion. I don’t know if that could even be done. You would have to call Stripe.com on the phone and ask if they can modify that form for you somehow.

    Hiya,

    I’ve contacted Stripe and they have told me that customising which form fields appear IS possible with some integration. This is the page they sent me to – obviously makes no sense to me but might be something you guys want to look at:
