NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi Ben,

    As the vendor profile fixes are due today and we are looking to customize before releasing. We want to disable them for now. So that we can release at the earliest.

    I tried coping https://www.wcvendors.com/knowledgebase/removing-sold-by-on-your-site/ however the changes are not reflecting. Also tried to save permalinks but that didn’t do the trick as well.

    In addition, we also want to disable the vendor profile or the /shop name. With removal of all vendor links this is possible however if a direct url is put in, it still takes you to the page. I can disable the links using apache but I would prefer to do it on wordpress.

    Any ideas?

    I need to update that article with the Pro method to remove the sold by links. Waiting on Jamie for input on the exact code.

    I need to get done with it at least so that I can release. I don’t want to release anything which looks broken. As I am having issues with the css. This is the best option.

    If you just want to delete them for now, search the source code for the words “Sold by” and then delete the html output for it. Then when the next version of the plugin is released, we can use filters for that instead which wont require any source code changes.
