Hello,
I have the plugin AccessPress Social Login Lite which enables the user to login and register automaticaly with facebook, or Twitter etc..The problem is that i dont get their Billing address or paypal email which I mandatory need and no one goes to fill it up after their login.
How can i force them fill them up if any ideas?

If you wish to use this plugin for registering also- then I am sorry but I do not know how those pages or forms are built. I can really only work with the woocommerce my-account page for registration.
I can show you how to add a billing name and billing address to the WooCommerce my-account page, and this may help you work out how to add these fields to your social login/registration.
This will add billing first and last name to the woocommerce my-account registration form. This would go in your child theme functions.php file:
