NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,
    I couldn’t find any related topic about this situation. Required fields’ errors are not effective when that field in another tab. For example on sign up form, users don’t see the errors on other tab’s required fields as you know. Do you guys have any solution for that? Thanks.

    We have a whole bunch of required field changes in Pro v1.4.0 upcomming- so let me see if we have overcome the tab issue with the required fields, and if so, then we can determine how to apply this to the sign up form as well.

    People started complaining about this issue, paypal email is required but when they are on another tab they don’t see the required error on payment tab and they keep asking why their settings won’t save.
