NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    I have created the page for the reviews. The customer can gibe the feedback in his account. After the click comes the message that the evaluation was saved. Although the sending is accepted if you also nothing written purely and no star was chosen – that must not happen. But in the admin area you can find no reviews/feedback on the vendor dashboard has no reviews and on the product side also not. Why does not it work? Perhaps a database problem?
    – Please also help correct the desing error, as on the screenshot that the point for the evaluation is outside the associated area.

    I am currently looking into this issue-
    My initial testing has confirmed the issue- I can submit ratings for the vendor, but they are not applying to the vendor– only saving as a rating.
    I will do further tests and submit an issue if needed, so we can get this fixed if it is a bug.

    Not yet— for some reason, for some installs, the table for the ratings is not being created in the db.
    Still sorting through this one…

    Hi Anna, I’ve updated to 1.3.9 however it did not create the necessary tables. Still getting wp_wcv_feedback’ doesn’t exist..

    Derek,
    Odd… that issue was addressed and fixed for this version.
    Could you try deactivating Pro and reactivating it again? See that that initiates the creation of the table in your DB.

    Ah, swear I tried that once, just tried deactivating/reactivating again, works now, no more errors, thanks!!

    Hello Anna,

    I have a fresh install of Pro 1.4.4 and the wp_wcv_feedback table is not created, therefore the ratings/review doesn’t work.
    I tried to deactivate/uninstall/reinstall but same issue.

    could you assist?
