Hi, I’m getting a javascript error that seems to be interfering with other scripts on the page. The error is:

An invalid form control with name=’_wcv_pinterest_url’ is not focusable.

The problem persists even after activating the Storefront theme, the Save Changes button remain unresponsive.

    Please see this screencast: http://recordit.co/HI1yXqDxPF

My theme developer (BuddyBoss) told me this: JavaScript error from the WC Vendor plugin disrupts proper functionality of the jQuery library. This frequently results in a faulty fronted, which can then render a multitude of errors like unresponsive submit button.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

My theme developer (BuddyBoss) told me this: JavaScript error from the WC Vendor plugin disrupts proper functionality of the jQuery library. This frequently results in a faulty fronted, which can then render a multitude of errors like unresponsive submit button.

    Interesting, that.

I am not getting this error at all on my testing site.. I just tested by adding a store banner.
    I am running:
    Storefront
    WC Vendors 1.9.12
    WC Vendors Pro v1.4.4

Are you running v 1.4.4 of Pro?

No, it looks like I have WCVendors Pro v1.4.3. When I go to check for updates in the plugin, nothing is coming up that would indicate there is a new version.

Try deactivating WC Vendors Pro and then reactivating it.
If you do not get an update notification shortly thereafter, you can download your update from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
and manually update WC Vendors Pro.
    To manually update:

    1. back up your site (optional safe measure)
    2. download the latest Pro version from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    3. deactivate & then delete your current WC Vendors Pro (info/settings are stored in your database….)
    5. Immediately upload the new Pro version zip you downloaded from my-account.
    6. Activate Pro
