NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi @fervous and co.,
    I’ve noticed that when you enter a search term from within a store page (see screenshot), it pulls in results from our entire website – and not just from that specific store itself. How can I get it to work so that it only pulls in results from the store whose page I’m searching on?

    Is that BuddyBoss’s search that they built into their theme/marketplace plugin, or is that our sidebar widget / WC Vendors Pro store search?

    It’s the store search, which I believe is built in by WC Vendors Pro?

    The search works, except that it’s pulling in results from all over the website, and not only within the store page on which the user is located.

    I filed a ticket with BuddyBoss, and they said this is their error and it will be fixed in next update.

    Anna, I am not using BuddyBoss but the problem still happens for me. I would appreciate if you can look into it.
