Hi,
I’m sure I used to be able to see at a glance how much commission a vendor was owed in total. Now I have to go through and add up the commission manually. Am I missing something?
I currently pay my vendors manually (never got the mass pay thing to work), so I go through WooCommerce > Commission and add up the totals for each vendor each week. Say a vendor has sold 7 products in the week. Is there a way I can see how much commission that vendor is owed in total at that point in time? Instead of me having to add the 7 commissions together? I know it sounds like a minor thing but sometimes I make mistakes. If there was somewhere that said ‘vendor x is owed $130, from sales of products x, y and z’ that would help me. Or I suppose I could look at getting mass pay to work. What does everyone else do? Manual, instant pay or on a schedule?

This is a legitimate concern. I think there is some misunderstanding.
We want to see a list of all vendors with their total commissions due for each vendor. A tabulated list of vendors with a column for total paid and total due would be nice, with filters by month.
Paypal does not work in all countries, so we have to pay the vendors manually. It’s a pain to have to start adding up all commissions for each vendor from every single order.
I was hoping the page at wp-admin->WooCommerce->Reports->WC Vendors>Commissions By Vendor would show it that way, but this page only displays an input box to search for vendors.Thanks for the awesome work.
I agree stanyy, and we’re doing just that. 🙂 I too pay my vendors manually, and with 120 of them that exact report is already in the works.

I have one more concern, but not sure whether to start a new topic or not.
In the vendor dashboard, can you allow vendors see a similar report, OR, just these two simple values in bold under Sales Report: “Total Paid” and “Total Currently Due”.

Sure, vendors can just change the date at the top, click update, and boom! But a month by month report would have to be custom coded by you for them. 🙂
Yeah I know. That report only displays total commission. There’s no way vendors can tell how much they have been paid and how much they are still being owed.

Just out of interest why do you pay your vendors manually? Why not use Adaptive payments on a schedule?
