NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi Ben, good afternoon.

    We are interested in hiring the marketplace hosting service from you, but we would like to ask you some questions. We are using more than 40 plugins in our marketplace, plugins that are essential for interaction with users.
    We are currently using a cloud server with 1GB of memory, and we are still afraid of site performance.
    We’re doing site optimization to make your performance even better.

    Our doubts are:
    1) Your server accepts multiple requests, as our marketplace is geared towards several countries;
    2) Does the server accept subdomain configuration?

    If you are using a cloud server, with 1GB of memory, you will laugh hysterically at how fast we are versus that setup. 🙂

    Ben then I’m going to hire the service, but I need to get a question. Would I have to upload every site before delegating DNS to the new server?

    Yay! Once you buy the Marketplace Hosting package from us, please reply to the email so I make sure I see it. Reply with your phone number, or skype username, and we’ll then chat there and get your site all transferred over.

    Dont worry about DNS for now, it’s really simple. We’ll change your TTL to something low, say 600 which is a 10 minute expiration. Then, when we transfer your site later, your customers have little to no downtime at all. It will be a seamless transfer and I’ll be there the whole way.
