NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Sorry, could you give me link for setting up the pro dashboard as I’m getting only the sign: Please ensure you have set a page for the Pro Dashboard.
    And I would really like to, but don’t know how 🙂

    ok, I’ve done it throug admin/woocommerce/pages + pro – both to change on Pro Dashboard Page

    Now I have new problem- I can’t scroll the pro dashboard /it is freezed/ althoug I can see the part of the red ikon

    The Pro Dashboard page is created for you when Pro installs. If you deleted it, just re-create it. But don’t forget to add the shortcode to the page otherwise it’s quite useless. 🙂

    Hi, sorry about my english. I din’t tell you I deleted it, For some reason I can’t DRAG pages on the pro Dashboard on my Chrome. The picure of my screen /on the right there isn’t anything, so I can’t go lower/. Tehe is no similar problem on the other pages, only Pro dashboard :

    Can you edit the Pro Dashboard page and change the page template to one that is full width instead of using half of the screen? That’d be the best quick fix! 🙂 The page template your theme is using by default is squishing things a lot.

    I changed the layout, but I can’t still go lower as there isn’t any “moving bar” on the right.

    I gotta say, I think the issue is fully the theme in which you are using. It’s terrible. Any chance you’d abandon that for a better written theme? 🙂

    Ok, at this stage- no problem.
    Could you give me some advice which free one ;)I should pick up, so I hopefully won’t have the simular problem with another theme?
