    Hi guys,

When editing a new user/vendor there are 2 places that ask for the commission rate. Under the WC Vendors heading it asks for Commission Rate and then further down under Customer Shipping Address it has a Pro Commission Heading with Commission Type and Commission %.

Do I need to fill in one or both? Does it even matter if I have set the global commission rate in Woocommerce > WC Vendors > Commission

    Thanks

    Hello,
If you have set the Global Commissions rate using the Pro settings: WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Commissions, then the only time you would need to do anything with those commissions fields under the users admin section is if you want to OVERRIDE the global commissions settings on a per-vendor basis. In that case, you would use the PRO commissions setting for the vendor.
Example: you have a vendor who is a top seller for the month of December. You award that vendor 100% commissions for the month of January. In this scenario, you’d go to wp admin > users > (edit user link) > Pro Commission and switch this vendor’s commissions to Percent and then 100 .
