I am unable to select the Settings tabs other than the Store tab. I have been working to resolve this issue for several hours overnight, because I need to make sure our vendors can personalize their shipping. I need to get this resolved asap because a vendor cannot select – thereby not modify – the Payment, Branding,Shipping, Social tbs. Upgraded to Pro yesterday.

What theme are you using? This is a known issue with Divi, but that’s the only theme we know about that does it. (And if it is Divi, the theme author has to fix their theme because their javascript intentionally breaks HTML Anchor tags).

Ben, you guessed correctly with DIVI. I will see if the new Divi release has fixed any of the issues.
