NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi

    Some fields are not showing up in the Settings page of Pro Dashboard. I unchecked “Paypal email” in the Setting Form tab of WC vendors Woocommerce option but the field is not showing.

    When I browse the page I can see the field is here but with a “hide-all” class.

    Can someone help? Thanks!

    Hello,
    PayPal email should be under the tab pro dashboard > settings > payments
    If you have left this option unchecked in wp admin > WooCommerce > WC vendors > settings form and/or signup form
    Please ensure you’re visiting the payments tab

    Thanks but I already checked that.

    When the Dashboard Settings page loads I can see the Paypal tab but then it disappears. I think it’s because of the “hide-all” class which has a display: none css.

    I don’t where that class comes from because Paypal is unchecked on both WC Vendors > Settings and Signup tabs.
