If you mark a box of Barcelona as in the photo after saving the changes that marked in Barcelona and passes to Madrid.
Photo 1 with what I have marked and photo 2 after saving.
The normal thing is that later the box of Barcelona is marked and after saving and not pass to Madrid as seen in the second photo.

So, after saving the Barcelona with the QTY box checked, it moves the checked QTY box to Madrid (the first in the list.. I can see that in your screenshots).I think I understand your issue right up until this point:

Are you saying that after returning to the screen again, and saving again— it does NOT move the box to Madrid? I do not understand the second part of your description..
