I’ve created a topic regarding this before, but it has gone missing
However, the shipping and return policy appears on all of my store settings tabs. Print below. Any ideas why? It doesn’t matter if I use the template or not.

The link you listed in your post returns a 404 not found. Perhaps you inadvertently trashed the thread? We don’t delete threads, so I’m not sure where it went…… No idea man! Either way, we’re here now. 🙂

Handling of the shipping & return policy is done here:

    templates/front/shipping/shipping-panel.php

If it’s showing up on all the tabs, then it sounds like your theme is displaying things weird. Does this behavior happen on other themes, or just the theme you are using now?

@ben Switching to storefront fixes the issue. However, I can’t switch back from Flatsome now when my clients are used to it 😛
I tried upgrading to 1.1.5 and deleting my current templates, but that didn’t help. Also, when adding a new product, all fields(including cross-sells, shipping etc) are shown on all tabs.
Also, add product and add coupon shows up in the main dashboard tab.

A fix asap would be appreciated 🙂

Switching to Storefront fixes it, but you cant change back to Flatsome……. That’s an interesting one. I’ve got no advice for you on that one, we aren’t theme debuggers. 🙂

Upgrading to v1.1.5 should be easy, just allow the auto updater to do its job. Check your Pro Dashboard to ensure everything works, and you’re good to go.

If all the fields are showing up on all the tabs, I bet that’s not the case in Storefront, as we’re using storefront on dev.wcvendors.com and it works just dandy. 😉

All three issues seem to be a problem of Flatsome. Hmmm. 😉

“Also, add product and add coupon shows up in the main dashboard tab.”

Yup, that’s a new feature. Less clicks to add a new product. That’s working as intended.

Yes, they are indeed problems of Flatsome, sadly.. 🙂
I made few edits on the post, maybe you answered to fast :p

However, can there be a fix for this? Would be sad if I were stuck on 1.1.3 forever just because upgrading breaks Flatsome. 😉

If tabs are showing up everywhere, it means your theme is *forcing* — yes — FORCING — html to display differently. I would tell Flatsome to simply fix their jank ass theme. Or even better, switch to a theme that doesnt suck so bad. Our dashboard is 100% HTML compliant. If Flatsome forces things to display incorrectly, outside of standards, it’s simply their problem not ours. And as such, it’s your problem too. But it’s your choice to use Flatsome. Divi theme also does some weird stuff by forcing anchor links to fail. They hard coded them to fail in Javascript and could care less. At least with Divi, they are going to fix it in their next release.

Themes come with support. Get some from your theme guy. 🙂

Alright. May I ask what you changed since the release of 1.1.3? Everything worked fine by then. 🙂
So I can give them a hint. 😉

@ben Turns out this was just an error caused by my functions.php when trying to remove the “disable national shipping”-checkbox. And the “add product/coupon” buttons on the dashboard seem to have been added as a new feature of wc-vendors? 😉

Yup, those are new. Member suggested we make it “faster” to get to the add product screen, so this button does that. Less clicks. 🙂

You can remove the quick nav by editing the appropriate template named similarly. 🙂
