NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hello,
    i tried to use the button as marked as shipped by the seller and nothing happen when i click on it.it is suppose to send a notification to the buyer? Do you have any advice?

    Hi Doumlegare,

    We inadvertently broke the Mark Shipped button in our latest update. We’ll have it patched up very soon. Sorry for the issue!

    Hi Ben,

    Any update on when you’ll be able to get this fixed by? My vendors keep clicking the button, sending notifications, but they don’t think it’s worked as it looks like nothing’s happened so keep pressing it.

    Within a few days at the most. @digitalchild will push 1.7.10 of WC Vendors Free out with this fix.
