I face a strange issue… when I make an order of 1 product, everything (commission, tax and shipping cost) is distributed properly BUT
If I increase the number of items in my order, the shipping cost for only 1 product is given to the vendor and the remaining to ME, added to the commission !!!

Can you please have a look at this as some of my vendors are now charging me back 🙁

    Thanks,
    /Eric

    Eric,
Please let me know exactly how the shipping settings are configured for the order in which you were given the shipping funds. Does the store have shipping rates configured? Or was the rate overridden on a the product basis for this item(s)?

Also, was it more than one of the same product (QTY 2+) or more than one product (different products) from the same vendor?

    Hi Anna,
I have just upgraded to WooCommerce Version 2.6.13, WC Vendors Version 1.9.8 and Vendors Pro Version 1.3.7 and i still face the same issue.

I have also added a Shipping Class as I had none before and that this not help 🙁

To reproduce the problem, it is very simple. I only have to make an order for 10 items of the same product. (It does not have to be 10, as long as it is more than 1 item)

And then, when I proceed to payment via Paypal, the vendor gets 90% of the cost of the product (the commission is set to 10%) + the taxes associated with the 10 items of the product + the shipping cost + taxe of ONLY 1 item

And as the store owner, I get 10% of the product cost + 9 times the shipping cost + taxes which is NOT normal.

How to make sure the shipping cost (taxes included) is all assigned to the vendor no matter how many items are purchased ?

Am I missing a special configuration somewhere ?

    Thanks for your help,
    Eric

Ok- I have done some testing and have not yet been able to replicate this issue.

    1. Please reply with your WooCommerce System Status (wp admin > woocommerce > system status)

    2. Have you tried deactivating all plugins except woocommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro to test and see if this still occurs with only those three plugins active?

    3. Which Vendor Shipping are you using- Country Table Rate or Flat Rate?

As per what I understand… based on some calculation… the Shipping Tax is given to me (Le-RIME) rather than the vendor.

    1.24$ = (5$ x 10%) + (4.95$ X 14.975%)

The 14.975% is the taxe in Quebec Canada… I know… this is really strange 🙂

So, what is set wrong in the system so that the shipping tax is given to Le-RIME ?

(PLEASE SEE PREVIOUS RESPONSE IN CASE YOU GET THIS ONE FIRST)

    Thank you for the explanation.
Please allow me to do some testing and see if we either need to change a setting or if we need to address an issue in the code for the shipping taxes.
