    Hi,

I’m using Wc Vendors Pro and at the checkout of my marketplace, all shipping options are showing, rather than the ones that are applicable to the products selected. For instance, when I select two products from different vendors, all of the shipping options show and the customer is given a choice to select which one. Fpr instance, in the example attached, the one product has free shipping and the other one is $7. It’s showing both of these plus the international shipping option. How do I set this up so that is it doesn’t show all options? My store is launching today so I really need this fixed ASAP. Many thanks,Cherie

Are you using the Vendor Shipping with Pro?
wp admin > woocommerce > settings > shipping > vendor shipping (enable this as a stand alone method)
    and no other shipping method?

    Hi Anna,

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I’ve done all of the above an it’s still not working. Screenshot attached.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Cherie

    Hi Anna,

I’ve attached another example of what I mean. See how in the checkout it shows three options for shipping? In this particular instance, the two products I added to my cart have their own individual cost – $7 each (total $14). So I’m not sure why it shows free shipping and where it gets $19 from? It could be possibly adding the $7 (Australia wide) and $12 )international, but I;ve entered the shipping address as Australian.
    Please help 🙂

    Many thanks!

    Hello,
It looks as if you still have the WooCommerce Flat Rate and Free shipping enabled?
Go again to your wp admin > wocommerce > settings > shipping and remove any WooCommerce shipping configurations .. only use Vendor Shipping.

Thanks Anna. I’ve removed that now. However it won’t let me delete the REST OF THE WORLD Shipping. I’ve deleted the contents within but it won’t let me delete the rest. I’ve attached a screen shot of what I mean.
The Local shipping now seems to be calculating correctly 🙂 but the international shipping isn’t picking up any value and still allows the customer to continue with the order despite not value in shipping.

    Thanks so much.

Does your vendor have a STORE ADDRESS listed?
DO you have default rates set in wp admin > woocommerce > settings > vendor shipping? Does the vendor have default flat rates set for national and international?

Please provide your WooCommerce System Status in a reply also. Thanks!

    Hi Anna,

Thanks for this info. I’ve updated all of the vendor shipping details and flat rates and it works!! yay! Well it works for Australia shipping, but it doesn’t work when a product in the cart doesn’t ship internationally. It doesn’t matter whether there are a number of items in the cart that do ship internationally and just one that doesn’t, if one item doesn’t ship internationally it doesn’t calculate the shipping. I’ve attached what it says.
Is there a way to fix this at all?

It would be good for it to point out the item that doesn’t ship internationally and then calculate the shipping for the rest of the items. Regardless, the customer can still click on process order and process without the shipping details and paying.

Hope that makes sense. Sorry it’s been a long day and I’m not making much sense hahaha

When we release the 1.3.9 versions update later today or tomorrow (I think!!) please let me know if the issue is resolved after updating.
Jamie fixed a per-product override shipping issue that centered around international product shipping overrides; I think this may be what you are experiencing here.

I just wanted to update this for future Googlers. After spinning in circles trying to figure it out. No matter what I did it kept showing “Flat Rate” above the actual “Vendor Shipping” choice – essentially giving customers a way to avoid paying the appropriate shipping. The trick was to go to Woocommerce -> Settings -> General tab -> Shipping Location(s) and change it from “Ship to all countries” to “Ship to all countries you sell to”.

    Hope it helps,
    Shane

Sorry forgot to add you need to a Shipping Zone in the Shipping tab of Woocommerce -> Keep it blank don’t add anything to any field and save. When you save it will be renamed “Everywhere”. That is needed in combination to what I said before this.
