NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    The shipping is not going to the vendor, it is coming to us the site owners instead.

    I have ticked enable WC Vendors as a stand alone method but it hasn’t worked.

    Hello,
    Ok- a few things to check.
    1. DO your vendors have their store address set? (pro dashboard > settings > store)
    2. Have your vendors set their own rates? (pro dashboard > settings > shipping)
    3. DO you have this checked: wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > General … General Options: Shipping – Give vendors any shipping collected per-product

    Hi,

    I’ve added in addresses and it makes no difference.

    They have set their own rates

    I have clicked that box.

    It is working for some but not others:
    Not working for: https://www.mountain-atelier.com/vendors/a-little-decor-company/

    Working for:

    And for this one it is saying there is no shipping available despite there being a shipping table? https://www.mountain-atelier.com/product/ibex-pds/

    Sorry ignore the last one about no shipping available. I’ve tried changing the vendor of the products to see if it works then (i.e. if i change it from a little decor company to matt) but it makes no difference?

    It appears to be if the product has variables then it won’t disclude the shipping?

    Hi,
    I have the same problem. Attached my settings.
    In emails to vendor, and the pro dashboard the shipping cost seems 0, although it’s not 0 and I can see shipping cost in admin panel.

    Could you please help?

    I have the same problem here with variable products. Shipping fees go to the vendor only when it’s a single product, so it works perfectly with single product. But if it’s a variable product (from the same vendor with the same settings), I receive the shipping fees in my PayPal account.

    How can I send it to the vendor?

    Yea I didn’t realize it works for simple products. I guess it’s the same problem then.
    Are you using country rate table for shipping calculation, or flat rate shipping?

    I use flat rate shipping, but it seems to be the same problem with both, flat rate and country rate table.

    Yes please for the manual fix (or a speedy update) – it’s costing me time and money to have to keep getting these payments and manually sending them on to the vendors.

    I used the file you sent me, and it worked (almost completely)!

    The first and bigger issue is fixed: shipping is now going to admin, and we can all breathe a sigh of relief.

    The second error, however remains: the email to vendors now displays the correct shipping amount, but for some reason it is still not showing the sale price and commission. So vendors are now receiving the correct amount, but the email notification is showing incorrect information.

    See screenshot for example. (In this case, the email should show a sale price of $18.00, and a commission of $17.10 – as it does on the Vendor Dashboard).

    Glad to know that shipping the amounts are being submitted to the vendor properly.
    However.. if Jamie has submitted a fix for the email issue, it would not be included in the file I sent you. I’ll check on that issue and see if there’s been recent activity. (this will be for WC Vendors free, not Pro- as the email files are almost entirely in WC Vendors free) and if it has not yet been fixed, I will bump up that issue in our repo to see if we can get that fixed soon.

    Only variable.
    You may recall I gave the opinion that the two issues were linked: a) vendor shipping going to admin on variable products; and b) the vendor-notification email then showing $0.00 total, $0.00 commission, $0.00 shipping for variable products.

    Now that you’ve fixed the first issue and we have shipping going to the vendor, the shipping cost is now appearing in the vendor-notification email. But for some reason the product total and commission are still showing as $0.00.

    This is a fix for the variable product shipping being submitted to the admin instead of the vendor.
    I am not sure what issue you are referring to? With paypal?

    I’ll send you the file and instructions anyway, in case this will apply to your issue as well.

    Thanks a lot for the quick fix!!

    I just need one more small help. I’m using a local payment provider and I edit its code manually for sending the correct prices for vendors.

    Could you tell me how can I reach the calculated vendor shipping costs? From database or better from anywhere below:

    $items_array = $woocommerce->cart->get_cart();
    $shipping_total = $this->_wcOrder->get_total_shipping() + $this->_wcOrder->get_shipping_tax();
    foreach($this->_wcOrder->get_items() as $order_item_id=>$item){
    ….. $item[‘line_total’]

    No update yet, no. This will be worked on in WC Vendors (free) since nearly all of the email code is in WC Vendors free. As soon as I am aware of an update I will let you know.

    As always, if a fix is found and you’re able to offer a manual solution in advance of the WC Vendors update, that would also be great!
