NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi Support Team,

    I am contacting you because when i try to pay through Paypal as a Vendor on my website i got an erreor message “this transaction is not valid” (screenshot in attachment).

    I have enabled PAP and desabled Paypal. In PAP settings, i have correctly entered data concerning API Username, Password, Signature and APP live ID. Sendbox mode and logging are enabled.

    Concerning Paypal account, i precise that i got the live APP ID, and all the informations for NVP/SOAP integration. I have not given API access rights as it was not mentionned on steps defined by WC Vendors to configure Paypal.

    On Vendor dashboard, have shipping option. France is not appearing whereas i have defined the country is shipping zone settings (screenshot in attachment).

    Could you help me to fix these problems?

    Hello,
    1. PayPalAP: If you are using sandbox mode, please ensure that you are using sandbox credentials. If you are using live mode, please ensure you are using live credentials.

    2. That is for tracking. If the tracking / shipping service you are using is not on the list, you can use some code to add more shipping companies for tracking: https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/adding-more-shipment-tracking-providers/

    Hi Anna,

    1. I am trying to use production mode by using live credentials. Maybe i have got this message because me, the vendor had not set my Paypal email address on dashboard so when me as a buyer tried to buy this message has been displayed. I will to try to pay with Paypal after my PP account is confirmed and will let you know if everything is okay.
    Saying that, i would like to know if there is a way to make the Paypal email address field mandatory or create an alert for the vendor saying that he should enter his PP email to receive money?

    2. Done. I have used “snippet code” plugin to add the code with shipping company. It seems to work.
