NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello,
    I have two questions.
    I cannot figure out why I am keeping the shipping charges instead of passing them to the vendors. I have the box checked to give shipping charges to vendor. I have the box checked Enable WC Vendors Pro Shipping as a standalone shipping method. And I do not have the “Disable the vendor shipping system completely” box checked.

    Also, I have a flat rate of $5 under Vendor Shipping; however, I would also like the option for vendors to put in their own shipping rate (some items may be heavier and require a higher shipping charge). Right now, the customer is being charged $5 no matter what the vendor puts in for shipping. I thought that the Product Cost that I put in “will only be used if a vendor has not entered their own prices on their Pro Vendor Dashboard” (as it says at the top of the page).

    I have searched the forum for help, but cannot find any specific answer.

    Could you make sure your vendors all have their Store Address set?

    Does that mean under Users and their profiles, their actual address is showing? If they have to do that, is there a way to hide it from the public?

    Molly,
    The vendors need to have their store address entered for the shipping to be able to calculate (Vendor Shipping).
    The vendors go to pro dashboard > settings > store to enter the address.
    If you do not want the store address showing on the vendor’s banner in their stores, you can modify the template.
