    Hello Guys,
    I am wondering why on reports the shipping price didn’t show /Zero Dasboard>>woocommerce>>commission>> shipping price are zero.But when buyer placed the order , Admin and buyer got email notification which is included Product price + Shipping price.

    As your information , I am using plugin for shipping calculation , and it works on email and also on checkout page.
    I need help for this issue please …
    That would be appreciated

    Hello,
    Are you using Vendor Shipping?
    wp admin > woocommerce > settings > shipping > vendor shipping
    Only our Vendor Shipping module will pass the shipping funds properly to the vendor with the commissions.

    Also:

    Pro Dashboard Page: ✕ -Your pro dashboard page cannot be set to your free dashboard page.

    This definitely needs to be fixed.
    You need both the free dashboard and pro dashboard set on your site. You guide vendors (links int he menu, etc) to the PRO dashboard, but still leave the free dashboard set.
    You should have a page with this shortcode: [wcv_vendor_dashboard] assigned as the free dashboard.
    and a page with this shortcode:[wcv_pro_dashboard] assigned as the pro dashboard used for your vendors.

    Hello,
    The only shipping method that we can support for proper vendor use is our Vendor Shipping module.
    The other shipping methods/plugins for WooCommerce will calculate shipping based upon the whole cart (multiple vendors) not per vendor “order” or per vendor products.. and the shipping funds will be submitted to admin, not to the vendor(s).

    But I have question , could you give me the File name for .php where i can do css editing so I want to get other solution to make customization.

    I am sorry- but I do not know precisely what you’re trying to customize, so I am not sure what file you are looking for. I can at least guide you possibly if you could let me know what area you are looking to customize.
