NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Got something funny going on with shipping…

    Settings in Vendor Shop:

    In wp-admin > Users, the ticks don’t appear, if I then save, it wipes out the vendor ticks.

    Could this be something to do with me changing the labels and placeholders in:
    /home3/consciouscraftie/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/public/forms/class-wcvendors-pro-store-form.php

    I’m using most recent WCVendors Free and Pro.

    Also the SAVE button isn’t working on Vendor Store Settings

    The thing I’m most worried about is the Save not working since I updated (but obviously would like to know if changing the label names is the reason the ticks are not appearing in wp-admin).

    I deactivated the Store template but that didn’t resolve it. I’m thinking that it’s something to do with me changing the label names on this file:
    /home3/consciouscraftie/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wc-vendors-pro/public/forms/class-wcvendors-pro-store-form.php

    Could you email me the file so I can see if I have caused the issue?

    Or could it be something to do with using One Social Marketplace?

    Sorry for all the messages. I don’t need the file now.
    I have managed to save other vendors settings so I think it’s just happening for one vendor.
    Store name: Mary Hazels Creations
    Vendor name: Delana Cornett

    I can’t see any reason why hers wouldn’t save other than me saving her user settings in wp-admin.

    Thanks very much Ben.

    Do you know which bit is the bug or is it all 3?

    1. Changing the labels in class-wcvendors-pro-store-form.php stops the shipping ticks appearing in wp-admin? Or are the ticks not appearing for anyone?
    2. Does saving a user in wp-admin mean that Vendors can no longer Save their settings?
    3. Saving user in wp-admin wipes out any shipping ticks?

    When in doubt, undo your changes you’ve made to core, and test. Does it work?

    Sorry when you said ‘congrats that’s a new bug’ I thought you meant it had been recorded and a ticket was raised to fix it? So just wanted to know which bit of it your consider to be the bug or if all the above are bugs.
